1. What is provisioning plan ?
Ans : Provisioning plan is set of instructions that needed to be executed for granting access tto identity. For example, I need to grant access to library to an user. There will be an entitlement in IIQ which if added to user's profile, user will be able to open library gate with his badge/ID card.
